Biggie & Smalz started with two best friends, a beat-up ice auger, and a love for Lake Simcoe's winter beauty. After years of chasing pike and perch, we realized that the magic of ice fishing wasn't just in the catch—it was in the experience. The quiet calm, the camaraderie, and the warmth of a heated shack on a cold day.
We wanted to share that experience with everyone, from seasoned anglers to first-timers. That’s why we built our shacks—the 'Biggie' for luxury and space, and the 'Smalz' for cozy, classic comfort. We handle the gear and the location, so you can focus on making memories.

- Clearly Marked Trails: All paths to and from our ice shacks are clearly marked to guide you safely across the frozen lake, avoiding any potential hazards.
- Safety & Communication Gear: Every shack is equipped with a safety kit, including first-aid supplies and emergency contact information. We ensure you know how to reach our on-site team at all times.
- Pre-Trip Briefing: Before you head out, we provide a mandatory safety briefing covering current conditions, operational tips for the shack's heater, and best practices for moving around on the ice.
